2008 Jayhawk Invitational Registration Form

Only teams registered prior to the deadline will be guaranteed a spot in the tournament. WE MUST HAVE SECURED PAYMENT BEFORE REGISTRATION WILL BE ACCEPTED! A limited number of teams will be accepted. All materials including maps and information on Lawrence, the University, as well as the surrounding area, will be mailed to you upon receipt of your registration form.

Registration Deadline: April 8th, 2008 (Or Until Full)
